Door-to-Door Sales Representative

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in residential neighborhoods. Your primary role will be to engage potential customers, introduce our products or services, and generate sales through one-on-one interactions. This is a commission-based role, where your earnings are tied to the success of your sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present and explain our products and services to prospective clients, focusing on how they can benefit from them.
• Qualify leads and gather important customer information to help close sales.
• Close sales and ensure that all customer questions and concerns are addressed effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the sales team and management to improve strategies and increase sales.
• Represent MasterCraftRAC in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales (door-to-door sales experience is a plus, but not required).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between locations.
• Reliable transportation to get to different neighborhoods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older.
