Residential Roofing Salesman

We’re looking for a driven Residential Roofing Salesman to join our team at Mastercraft Roofing and Construction. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, and providing roofing solutions to residential clients. Prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude are essential. Our in house project management and operations team will provide support with material ordering and project scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new residential roofing leads through referrals, canvassing, and networking.

• Ability to travel locally within the DFW area for client meetings and site visits.

• Work closely with clients to facilitate insurance claims and maintain strong relationships through project lifecycle.

• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
